The History of San Jose Japantown Book

The San Jose Japantown history book is scheduled for completion in late 2010. Originally, the San Jose Japantown book project was an interactive CD-ROM with a virtual-reality tour of Nihonmachi using QuickTime VR technology. The CD-ROM was dropped to focus on a book. It is hoped that the panoramas, movies, and other multimedia created for the CD-ROM will be used in a future exhibition.
